Customs-Certified Warehousing Options
We operate bonded warehouses in full compliance with the Customs and Excise Act, 1964, ensuring secure and legally compliant storage for a range of cargo types:

• General Storage Warehouse – Licensed under Section 19, these warehouses accommodate dutiable imported goods intended for local distribution or further processing.
• Customs Controlled Area (CCA) Warehouse – Situated within Special Economic Zones (SEZs) and designated by the Minister of Trade and Industry, these warehouses support industries operating in Customs-regulated areas.
• Special Storage Warehouse – Designed for dutiable imports, duty-free exports, and second-hand vehicles for export, including tax-free retail stock consolidation and deconsolidation.

Regulatory Compliance & Clearance Requirements
For SOS warehouses handling second-hand vehicles, a Police Clearance Certificate is required. This must be submitted either at the time of application or upon importation and entry into the approved warehouse.
